This project involved construction of a new office park consisting of a 31,200 SF office building and a 10,400 SF office building, plus tenant finish-out for Whisinvest Realty and SCM Architects.
The office park buildings are arranged around a fully landscaped, scenic pond with walking paths. Office tenants can enjoy furnished balconies and patios on each building. Each office building is equipped with its own on-site parking spaces, and flexible floorplans. The buildings are designed to include large amounts of windows in order to bring in an abundance of natural light and feature clean lines, modern massing, and stone accents.
