The 149,229 SF Aloft + Element Hotel brings new energy to the Dallas Love Field lodging market by offering travelers the choice of two distinct lifestyle brands near the airport, the central business district, and leading attractions. Element fuels a life of balance with its emphasis on wellness and sustainability, while Aloft is designed to meet the needs of the evolving global traveler with its unique design aesthetic and live music scene.
Aloft + Element is constructed within one multi-story building with a common entry but has separate ground-floor public areas and elevators. The hotel has shared facilities, including 5,836 SF of meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The podium level contains individual lobbies for each hotel along with restaurant, bar, and lounge spaces with each hotel’s distinctive aesthetic. The Aloft WXYZ Bar features local emerging music acts as well as nationally known performers.
Of the total 224 rooms, 133 rooms fall under Aloft’s brand and are loft-like in construction with accessible technologies. The remaining 91 rooms are Element’s light-filled studios that incorporate modular furniture and spa-inspired bathrooms. Starwood brand standards for lighting elements in both hotels were modified for site-specific conditions and adapted for the merging of the common ground floor lobbies.
