This 48,000 SF school renovation and addition required complete site redevelopment. Demolition and redevelopment included new parking, landscaping, storm drainage, utilities, athletic courts and fields, as well as road widening and sidewalks for East David O’ Dodd Road.
Renovations and additions to the existing structure included a new lobby, 28 classrooms, administrative offices, a cafeteria, and meeting spaces. The new standalone building includes additional classrooms, gym space, as well as an ICC-500 rated storm shelter.
