Formerly a surface parking lot, the multi-use Arcade Building transforms a quarter city block into a vibrant destination. The three-story, 56,450 SF building includes office spaces, classrooms and distant learning space for the Clinton School of Public Service, Central Arkansas Library System’s (CALS) Archival Space, Ron Robinson Theater, and Cache Restaurant.
Street-facing sides of the building are lined with small retail bays and the building’s adjacent alleyways offer welcoming access to the theater and temporary outdoor attractions.
