This project included construction of a three-story, 192-bed, 40,000 SF residence hall. The structural system is a conventional load bearing metal stud structure, with slab on metal decking at the second and third floors, and a pre-engineered metal stud roof truss system. The building exterior features king-size brick, an exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), aluminum windows, and architectural shingle roofing. The mechanical system is a variable refrigerant flow system.
