The Arkansas Neuroscience Institute (ANI) at CHI St. Vincent is a distinguished education and research center that is situated in Sherwood, Arkansas. This exquisite facility comprises a 42,241 SF medical office building (MOB) along with a first-floor finish that spans 27,200 SF, housing the Arkansas Neuroscience Institute. Within the MOB, one can find a main lobby, a vast 180-seat auditorium, clinic space, and an advanced microdissection laboratory.
The construction of this facility was carried out in two distinct phases, one for the MOB core and shell, and the other for the research and education center. Our project team dedicated themselves completely to accomplish both components within the stipulated timeline and budget, delivering the completed project with remarkable efficiency.
