Our team undertook a project to develop a state-of-the-art Orthopaedic Surgery Center tenant finish-out for Arkansas Specialty Orthopaedics. The surgery center is situated in the renowned Midtown Medical Park Medical Office Building on the first floor that we built above. The new surgery center embodies a range of facilities including a lobby, waiting area, reception, business offices, six operating rooms, six pre-op stations, twelve PACU stations, three private PACU rooms, two nurse’s stations, and three step-down stations.
