The ASU NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine project involved the complete renovation of 80,575 SF within Wilson Hall to create a modern, state-of-the-art medical education facility. The renovated space includes a wide range of academic and student-focused areas, such as classrooms, study rooms, seminar rooms, and a comprehensive library. Specialized medical training spaces were also incorporated, including exam rooms, an OMM lab, a gross anatomy lab, flexible skill labs, E.R. and O.R. skills labs, and a simulation control room. To support both students and faculty, the facility features student services offices (Registrar, Admissions, Student Life, and Alumni), student lounge areas including a café and government lounge, as well as toilet, shower, and locker rooms. Additional spaces include faculty and curriculum offices, as well as multiple meeting and training rooms.
