The 27,000 SF Health Science Center comprises of classrooms and nursing labs. Due to the increasing number of students, the nursing program in particular has outgrown its current educational space. The project included the construction of a new health and science education building, along with parking lots, site utility improvements, which include water, sewer, gas, and electric/power relocations and improvements, site grading and drainage improvements.
