The 27,000 SF Health Science Center comprises of classrooms, nursing labs, and a 150-seat auditorium-style lecture hall. Due to the increasing number of students, the nursing program in particular has outgrown its current educational space. The project includes the construction of a new health and science education building, along with parking lots, site utility improvements, which include water, sewer, gas, and electric/power relocations and improvements, site grading and drainage improvements.
