ASU Windgate Hall

The new 43,000 SF heated and cooled Art & Innovation facility will be a steel-framed structure that will serve as a hub for learning and creative activities for Art & Design, Engineering, and Computer Sciences at ASU. The building will mainly comprise studio spaces, but it will also feature a sloped floor lecture classroom, printing/fabrication workshop, computer classrooms, faculty offices, and a café space. To promote the use of daylighting and encourage visual awareness and collaboration of creative endeavors throughout the building, high-performance glazing with low iron glass will be used both on the exterior and interior.
