This project entails the construction of a new mechanical room specifically designed for the entry of geothermal piping, enhancing the efficiency of the existing mechanical system through back feeding. Various site improvements are included in the plans consisting of the reworking of the apron to ensure proper drainage and access, as well as modifications to the AOA (Area of Operations) fence to meet safety and operational standards.
