This project encompassed a 112,000 SF high school expansion and an elementary school renovation, enhancing both facilities with modernized spaces and upgraded infrastructure.
At the high school, the scope included the construction of a regulation basketball gymnasium, a lobby expansion with a small concession area, and new football and basketball locker rooms for both boys and girls. Additional spaces included a dedicated coaches’ office and P.E. rooms. Renovations also encompassed mechanical system upgrades, doors, hardware, and access control improvements. The gymnasium received a full refurbishment, including a new floor, goals, scoreboards, and 301 new seats, along with fresh paint and an upgraded HVAC system for improved climate control.
The elementary school renovation focused on essential safety and accessibility enhancements, including fire alarm upgrades, new doors and hardware, and improved access control systems.
