This project involved a 112,000 SF high school expansion and elementary school renovation. Work at the high school included a gymnasium, locker room, coaching administration, concessions, mechanical upgrades, doors, hardware, and access control upgrades. The scope of work for the elementary school renovation included fire alarm upgrades, doors, hardware, and access control upgrades.
The high school basketball courts are regulation. A small concession was built in the lobby expansion. We also built out the new football locker rooms, coaches’ office, girls and boys basketball locker rooms, and P.E. rooms. This work was all completed in existing buildings that were being remodeled. The project also involved removing and replacing the gym floor, goals, score boards, and 301 seats. In addition, we painted the gym and added HVAC.
