Mixed-Use Buildings 1 and 5 are part of the District at Pinnacle Hills project, which aims to create a live, work, and play community. Building 1 is three stories, 40,539 SF, and has 15,146 SF of commercial space and 25,393 SF of office space. Building 5 is a 61,683 SF, two-story structure with 26,716 SF commercial space on the first floor and 34,967 SF of office space on the second floor. Both buildings are located on a 7.6-acre site and includes paved parking for 395 vehicles.
This project also features 63,000 SF of green space, including a large green space plaza along the east side of the buildings. The site plans include bike parking, sidewalks, and various paving options, along with irrigation and sleeving. Development plans for the District at Pinnacle Hills include a multi-story residential community and boutique hotel with a convention center.
