Clark Contractors provided construction management and general contracting services for three office buildings located in the District at Pinnacle Hills development, as well as office finish-outs for several building tenants. The District at Pinnacle Hills is designed to create a live, play, work attitude. Development plans include approximately 92,000+ SF of retail and restaurant space and 100,000+ SF of office space above. A multi-story residential community and boutique hotel with a convention center is also in the plan.
