First Electric Cooperative Benton Operations Center

First Electric Cooperative is an electric utility company in Jacksonville, Arkansas serving portions of 18 counties in central and southeastern Arkansas. The 33,620 SF Benton Operations Center includes offices, a conference room, a training room, a hardened dispatch center, and linemen and technician workstations.

The project also included an operations warehouse with covered vehicle storage. A maintenance building and an oil storage building house the center’s 30,000 pound four-post vehicle lift, oil storage tanks, waste oil tanks, oil pumps, 80-gallon air compressor, oil and air reels, and pressure washing system. Two 10,000-gallon, above-ground fuel storage tanks with a fuel dispensing system are also located at the center.
