Clark Contractors completed indoor air quality improvements at two middle schools for Fort Smith Public Schools. This project involved removing and replacing 14 rooftop units at each school and installing new building automation controls at each unit.
We also built a new pre-engineered metal building for Fort Smith Public Schools’ cold and dry storage and completed a classroom addition at Ramsey Middle School.
These projects are part of a larger, district-wide air quality improvement project that include new ways to dilute, filter, and disinfect air, starting with the oldest equipment and most populated buildings first.
