The first and second phases of this project consisted of a 126,994 SF build-out including CO2 and ethanol extraction lab, processing kitchen, and packaging equipment installation. The canopy space includes irrigation control system, HVAC system, lighting control, CO2 distribution, and supporting spaces. Over 1,510 tons of HVAC were added in the canopy cultivation space alone during these two phases.
The third phase of the project involved an additional 42,284 SF build-out to add 37,000 SF of double-stacked canopy cultivation space.
