The hotel is a block and plank structure with combination of EIFS/brick facade, high efficiency/high STC-rated windows and cantilevered high roof elements. HWS Hotel is being built in accordance with all Hilton Standards.
The parking deck is a post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete structure with continuous sloped ramp, exposed concrete and barrier cables. Includes MRL Elevator and stair towers.
