Clark Contractors, LLC completed remodeled all 127 guestrooms, corridors, and public space of the Hyatt Place Hotel. In addition to the interior remodel, the exterior EIFS was repainted. The project was sequenced in conjunction with the hotel’s schedule to allow the hotel to remain open throughout the construction process.
