This project included the complete renovation of the historic 7-Story, 92,000 SF Mann on Main Building located at 4th & Main Streets in Downtown Little Rock, and a new 5-Level, 120,000 SF, 400-Car Parking Deck to serve the tenants of the Mann on Main Building.

Mann on Main was selected by the Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas to receive the 2013 Excellence in Preservation through Rehabilitation Award for a large project.
