This 26,294 SF historic building renovation included new roofing and balcony waterproofing systems, exterior balcony railing replacement, structural and seismic improvements, and new second floor balcony at the southeast corner. The building core and shell renovation included structural upgrades, new roofing system, HVAC, electrical upgrades, and a balcony upgrade.

The first floor was renovated to house the Lady Slipper Restaurant. The new restaurant includes a bar, commercial kitchen, and indoor and outdoor seating.

The second and third floors include a collaborative office finish-out with new toilets/showers, break station, private offices, conference rooms, and team-oriented office spaces.
