This medical office building spans four floors and encompasses a total area of 69,558 SF. The center’s primary entrance is located on the building’s northern side, while the ground floor entrance can be found on the southern side. The building’s design incorporated a combination of drilled pier foundations, structural steel framing, brick, metal panels, and glass exterior skin. Horizontal sunscreens have also been strategically incorporated into the building’s layout.
The construction process was carried out in two phases, with Phase 1A encompassing the medical office building and associated site work, and Phase 1B addressing building demolition and related site work.
