This new 40,000 SF bank headquarters houses management and consolidates various departments while positioning Relyance Bank to better serve the communities of Arkansas. Located at one of the most heavily trafficked intersections in Jefferson County, the three-story building is helping to reshape the cityscape west of Interstate 530.

The first floor has a pod-type design that’s universal to the banking world, along with ITMs (interactive teller machines), similar to the familiar ATMs. It also houses loan and credit offices and a call center operation. In addition, the lobby includes a 43-foot-tall feature wall made from walnut veneer inspired by and designed after trees on the architect’s family land. The feature wall is constructed with panels of varying depths to mimic the bark of the trees from which the inspiration was drawn.

The second floor provides ample space for Relyance Bank’s trust and wealth management offices and human resources, while a boardroom and executive offices are on the top floor. There are approximately 160 parking spaces for customers, guests, and employees.

The new headquarters will house about 100 employees to start, occupying about 70 percent of the building and leaving substantial room for future growth.
