Clark Contractors was hired as the construction manager for a comprehensive project for RSD, enhancing multiple athletic and campus facilities. The new softball complex features a turf field, parking, grandstand, concessions, locker rooms, batting cages, dugouts, and bullpens. Upgrades to the baseball facility include the demolition of existing grandstands, construction of new grandstands and entry, a press box, and backstop netting.
Gymnasium renovations include a 1,900 SF overhaul of locker rooms, restrooms, offices, storage, and a film room. Junior high school improvements focus on campus security and accessibility with new perimeter fencing, a parking lot, drainage upgrades, and access controls at gated entrances.
The high school roof project involved repairs and replacement of the majority of the existing foam roof assembly. Additionally, the scope includes a new 60,000 SF multi-purpose pavilion over a new turf football field, complete with associated netting, paving, sidewalks, and fencing.
