This project includes the renovation and alterations to the first and second floor of an existing 17,500 SF office building in Dallas, Texas for SMU’s police department and risk management. It consists of renovations to the existing conference rooms to serve as SMU’s new Emergency Operations Center (EOC), adding a new evidence room and prep, new armory room, interview room, exercise room, locker rooms, and showers.
