Clark Contractors is providing preconstruction services for the planned sanctuary and campus expansion at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in McKinney, Texas. The project includes a new sanctuary addition and supporting spaces designed to enhance worship, education, and community gathering opportunities for the church’s growing congregation.

During preconstruction, Clark is collaborating with the Owner and design team to provide detailed cost estimating, constructability reviews, value analysis, and preliminary scheduling. These efforts help guide design decisions, evaluate site and campus integration, and align the project’s scope with the church’s goals for functionality, aesthetics, and long-term stewardship.
