UAM Horsfall Hall Renovation Phase II

Horsfall Hall is a three-story, 1930’s-era, collegiate gothic-style traditional dormitory housing women on the UAM campus. Approximately 110 female students reside at Horsfall Hall, known for its unique layout- no two rooms are exactly the same. This project involved the renovation of 36 dorm rooms and associated corridors. A significant project component was removing all existing room closets and vanities and replacing them with new units. The renovation provided a fresh modern interior that incorporates the building’s original charm and character.
