This 35,500 SF Student Success Center provides one-stop access to student services necessary to maximize the success of UAM students. The new center includes a Two-Story Lobby/Concourse, Chancellor’s Office Suite, Academic Affairs, Training Room, Small Meeting Room, Computer Lab, Testing Computer Lab, Career Counseling, Enrollment Services, Large Meeting Room, Bookstore, and Chick-fil-a Restaurant.
The Chick-Fil-A restaurant is open to the public and is the only location in Monticello. To accommodate anticipated traffic to the restaurant, we devised a solution that allowed a drive thru and parking lot with 55 spaces to be added to the design, while staying within the project’s budget.
