This tenant finish-out project spanned 21,500 SF on the eighth floor of the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute for the Myeloma Institute for Research & Therapy. The clinic comprises of four physician work rooms, five exam rooms, and office space.
In an effort to represent the impact of Myeloma on cancer cells, we incorporated non-orthogonal forms into the space. The clinic and administration spaces were designed to be closely packed into the shell floor, requiring the latest compact furniture to cater to the staff and patients’ needs.
This project has achieved LEED Silver Certification. We are thrilled to have been a part of this project and look forward to the positive impact it will have on the central Arkansas community.
