Clark Contractors served as the construction manager for the University of Arkansas’ renovation of the 26,800 SF Arkansas Union. This project included significant upgrades to the 12,800 SF Multicultural Center (MC) and the 14,000 SF Student Affairs suite. The MC underwent a transformative expansion and redesign on the fourth floor, introducing a conversation lounge and a modernized kitchen to enhance inclusivity. Meanwhile, the A6 floor was reconfigured for improved visibility and accessibility to Student Activities, Associated Student Government, and various student organizations. These enhancements create a more welcoming, functional, and accessible environment for students and staff.
