This project for Westrock Coffee Company involved a 29,600 SF expansion to house new roasting and green/roasted storage equipment and a new receiving/shipping loading dock area. In addition, a 4,400 SF interior renovation was completed for a new testing lab and additional office space.

Construction work was strategically planned and coordinated with the construction, design, and ownership team, allowing Westrock to maintain its normal 6 days a week/24-hour operational activity.
