This remarkable achievement is a 530,000-square-foot industrial facility, completed on a fast-track schedule of just 273 days, located on a sprawling 30-acre site in Conway, Arkansas. Delivered under budget and 11 days ahead of schedule, this project showcases our exceptional ability to plan, cost, schedule, and manage construction projects.

The facility features a 36-foot clear height, designed to optimize operational functionality and accommodate diverse industrial needs. A two-story, 13,000-square-foot mezzanine office provides modern workspace solutions, while a 100,000-square-foot air-conditioned production area underscores the project’s attention to comfort and efficiency for its users.

Notable infrastructure highlights include extensive power distribution to support high-demand operations, an exterior enclosed machine room, and a robust 1-megawatt backup generator ensuring uninterrupted power. The logistics are streamlined with 56 truck docks, designed to enhance the facility’s operational capacity.

Security and access control were paramount, with features such as secured fencing, access-controlled gates around the perimeter, and a guard house for added safety and peace of mind. These measures ensure that the facility meets the highest standards of operational security.
