The Hill Farm Elementary School and Campus project encompassed the construction of an 88,800 SF facility, along with all associated infrastructure work. The school features a media center, computer labs, administrative offices, health and guidance suites, a kitchen, cafeteria, a large gymnasium designed for physical education and assemblies, and a playground serving 624 students. The building layout consists of three classroom wings connected by a main concourse, which strategically organizes students into similar age groups to foster a cohesive learning environment. Common-use spaces are positioned off the main concourse, providing convenient access for all grade levels.

This project achieved LEED Silver certification, incorporating numerous sustainable features. These include natural lighting, low-maintenance materials, low-VOC materials, and high-efficiency mechanical systems. Each sustainable strategy was evaluated based on energy efficiency, maintainability, as well as capital and life cycle costs, ensuring an environmentally responsible and cost-effective design.
