As part of the larger Arcade Building development in downtown Little Rock, Clark Contractors served as the construction manager for Cache Restaurant- a custom-built, 8,200 SF fine dining space. Situated on the ground floor of the multi-use Arcade Building, Cache features high-end interior finishes, an outdoor patio, and an upstairs dining area with views of the city. The restaurant was constructed to complement the overall vision of the Arcade project, which transformed a former surface parking lot into a vibrant, three-story destination featuring retail, entertainment, education, and dining.

Our work on Cache required close coordination to integrate the restaurant seamlessly into the broader mixed-use building, ensuring that its layout, utilities, and finishes aligned with the upscale design and functionality expected of a premier downtown venue. The result is a sophisticated space that enhances the cultural and culinary appeal of the River Market District.
