Clark Contractors, LLC was the Construction Manager for the Clinton Presidential Park Bridge Project located at the William J. Clinton Presidential Center & Park in Little Rock, Arkansas. This project included the new north and south approaches, and renovation of the existing Rock Island Railroad Bridge across the Arkansas River into a pedestrian walkway and bicycle path connecting Little Rock and North Little Rock.
