Clark Contractors completed an 8,443 SF addition, which included six new classrooms and restrooms for Dierks School District. The project was strategically integrated into an existing U-shaped building, creating a tight construction site with limited access. Managing logistics was critical, as site access required crossing areas with heavy student pedestrian traffic.

In collaboration with the District, a comprehensive fencing plan was implemented to establish protected pathways, ensuring the safety of students and faculty while allowing daily activities to continue without disruption. Deliveries were carefully scheduled in advance to minimize disturbances and maintain the functionality of the active campus.
