Johnson Regional Medical Center OBGYN Clinic

The 7,000 SF tenant finish-out for the OBGYN Clinic at Johnson Regional Medical Center involved the construction and renovation of an existing, unfinished space to create a fully functional medical facility. The scope included the demolition of existing structures, if necessary, followed by the installation of new drywall, flooring, and ceiling systems to meet healthcare standards.

Construction included the build-out of patient exam rooms, a waiting area, a reception desk, ultrasound rooms, and a consultation office, all designed for efficient patient flow and privacy.

Upgrades were made to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support medical equipment such as ultrasound machines and exam tables, including the installation of medical gas lines, specialized lighting, and enhanced HVAC systems.

The clinic also features accessible restrooms and ADA-compiant elements. All work was completed in accordance with healthcare building codes, ensuring safety, compliance, and functionality, with a focus on creating a clean, durable and efficient environment for both patients and healthcare providers.
