Little Rock Eye Clinic – West is a new, approximately 16,805 SF medical office building in Little Rock, Arkansas. The single-story facility includes approximately 11,000 SF of fully finished space for Little Rock Eye Clinic, along with approximately 5,805 SF of shell space for future tenant use.

The new clinic is designed to support comprehensive eye care with 14 exam lanes, large exam/study rooms, testing and consultation areas, an optical shop, optical and contact lens labs, tech stations, physician and administrative offices, patient waiting areas, and staff support spaces. The exterior incorporates architectural glazing and storefront systems along with a combination of masonry and metal elements to create a contemporary, purpose-built healthcare environment.
