Metro Scrap Metals, located in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is a recycling center that specializes in buying and selling non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and electronic waste. Clark Contractors completed extensive site preparation and improvements across approximately 15 acres to support the facility’s operations.

The project included the installation of a 170,000 SF cement-stabilized Class 7 pad to accommodate heavy-duty haul roads and operational yards. An additional 175,000 square feet of Class 7 pad was constructed for expanded operations areas, including a high-strength concrete pad and a pump house to support baler equipment.
