This 23,760 SF tenant finish-out was the first interior buildout completed within the newly constructed Mixed-Use Building 5 at The District at Pinnacle Hills. The project progressed alongside the core and shell construction, requiring tight coordination and strategic scheduling from start to finish.

In a unique arrangement, the tenant also served as the architectural and MEP design firm. This created a highly collaborative process and allowed for real-time design input throughout construction. A major feature of the project was the use of the DIRRT modular wall system, with the owner furnishing and installing the majority of the interior walls, doors, and windows. Clark worked closely with the DIRRT installation team to ensure accurate layout and integration of furrdowns, headers, and all required mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems.

These systems needed to be precisely aligned with the modular components, making close coordination essential to avoid delays and ensure performance. The owner also furnished all flooring and lighting, which Clark installed in step with the project schedule. Through clear communication and a strong partnership with the owner’s vendors, the team successfully delivered the space on time and to a high standard.

This infill project played a key role in activating Building 5 as a functional, modern workspace and set the tone for future tenant spaces within The District at Pinnacle Hills.
