The San Antonio Airport Marriott is a conversion from an existing Holiday Inn Hotel. The scope included full renovation to 389 guestrooms and eight suites, the addition of an M-Club Lounge, enclosing two outdoor areas, reconfiguring the existing lobby, adding new reception pods, expanding the ballrooms, creating a new pre-function area, and new bathrooms. At the second floor, 32 guestrooms were converted to administrative space. Exterior work included renovation work to the pool area, modifications to the porte cochere, and painting the exterior.
