This project involved the complete renovation of the former Acxiom Building, spanning 171,184 SF across 12 stories.
The renovation included new floor and wall finishes, extensive interior glass wall systems throughout, upgraded mechanical and fire suppression systems, new LED lighting, executive restrooms, and a 2MW generator. All work was completed in phases, minimizing disruption to occupants. The result is a remarkable office space designed to meet the needs of a modern business.
