The Texarkana Arkansas School District’s new Middle School Campus marked the district’s first new school in more than 30 years. Spanning 126,450 SF on a 31-acre site, the facility includes classrooms, multi-use rooms, art studios, a reading room, a career center, administrative offices, a gymnasium, and a practice gym.

Designed with state-of-the-art technology, the school features specialized labs for multi-media, programming, projects, family and consumer studies, and science. This modern campus enhances the district’s ability to expand programs, and accommodate the needs of a growing community.

The project was completed in time for the start of the new school year, with over $700,000 in savings achieved through an electrical re-bid and overall project cost efficiencies.
