The College of Business Engineering and Technology (CBET) is a spacious three-story building covering 52,500 square feet in Texarkana, Texas. It serves as a centralized campus area for CBET’s educational spaces. The building features a Bloomberg laboratory, financial literacy center, and several laboratories for mechanical engineering and design. It also has a lecture hall and auditorium that can accommodate up to 270 people, providing support for large lectures and event activities.

In addition to the new construction, the project includes the renovation of portions of the existing STEM building and the provision of an enclosed connecting bridge to unify the College of Business Engineering and Technology. The renovation expands the Power and PLC Laboratories and upgrades the existing Electrical Engineering Laboratories, enhancing the educational experience for students in these fields.
