This project included construction of the new 3-Story, 192-Bed, 40,000 SF Charles Ripley Residence Hall. The structural system is a conventional load bearing metal stud structure with slab on metal decking at the 2nd and 3rd floor, and pre-engineered metal stud roof truss system. The building exterior features king size brick, EIFS and aluminum windows with architectural shingle roofing. The mechanical system is a variable refrigerant flow system.

Clark Contractors completed this project 3 weeks ahead of schedule, in time for the start of the Spring 2011 Semester.
