The four-story building includes 60 affordable live/work units designed specifically for artists and their families. Residential spaces are thoughtfully planned to double as functional studio environments, encouraging creativity and collaboration at home. The campus also features ten artist-in-residence studios, flexible classrooms for visual and performing arts, and approximately 16,000 square feet of commercial space for local arts and cultural organizations.
