This constructed medical office building located in West Little Rock occupies an extensive area of 43,872 SF. Within the building, two facilities, namely an Imaging Center and a Breast Center spanning 7,950 SF and 3,580 SF, respectively, were completed by Clark as part of the original project.

Additionally, Clark successfully completed work on the third tenant space of the building, which houses the Arkansas Pediatric Clinic and covers an expansive area of 3,723 SF. The project entailed substantial earthwork to bring the site to grade, installation of utilities from the property line, and the establishment of all hard-scape for sitework and infrastructure.
