Clark Contractors is serving as Construction Manager for the new CHRISTUS Cancer Center in Longview, a full-service outpatient facility designed to provide comprehensive cancer care for patients across East Texas. Located on the CHRISTUS NorthPark campus, the 35,000 SF center brings together medical oncology, radiation oncology, and clinical research under one roof. The project addresses rising cancer rates in the region and expands access to high-quality, multidisciplinary care.

Key features include a 32-chair infusion center overlooking a healing garden, 18 exam rooms, integrated lab and pharmacy services, and two linear accelerator vaults for advanced radiation therapy. The facility also includes PET/CT and MRI imaging, along with dedicated space for theragnostic treatment, supporting personalized care throughout the patient journey.

Designed in collaboration with Harris Craig Architects, the building is fully aligned with CHRISTUS Health’s systemwide technologies and clinical workflows. The layout prioritizes a streamlined, patient-centered experience, allowing individuals to receive the full spectrum of cancer care, from diagnosis to treatment, in a single location.
