The Cook Children’s UCC Renovation project in Southlake, Texas involved approximately 24,000 SF of interior renovations to refresh and modernize the active urgent care clinic for Cook Children’s Healthcare System.

The scope of work included the replacement and renovation of flooring and base, fresh interior paint, updated millwork and countertops, new doors, upgraded light fixtures, and replacement ceiling tiles throughout the clinic.

Because the clinic remained fully operational throughout construction, the project was carefully planned and executed in six phases, with approximately one month dedicated to each phase. This phased approach allowed Clark Contractors to complete the renovation while minimizing disruptions to daily operations and maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
